All items that are in stock will ship out in 1-3 business days. Pre-Orders have specific shipping timeframes per item, the shipping details for pre orders will always be listed on each item's description page. Please feel free to reach us at court.co2023@gmail.com with any questions.

Any orders under $50 will have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

​

​

    • We do not allow returns on any of the following items: Jewelry, shoes, sports bra’s, sunglasses, headbands, hair-bows, hats, belts, swimsuits, or gift certificates. (All sales on these items as well as all sale/clearance items are FINAL SALES.)

   

    • All other merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags attached. If you return items that have been tried on and they have make-up or stains of any kind on them, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you.

To make a return:

​

    • In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

    • You will need to email us to request a return order form, please complete the form and include it in the box with the items you are returning.

    • Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice; we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. Please note your tracking number from your label.  We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

    • Mail the items needing to be returned to: Court & Co., LLC. P.O. Box 42 Silverhill, AL 36576.

    • Once your package is received, please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification stating that your return has been comepleted. 

 

Please Note:

    • You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.

    • Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

    • If the order is returned past the 14-day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, an invoice will be sent to you for returning shipment fees and the items will be sent back to you or we can send the items back to you with a future order. If we do not receive payment for the shipping invoice, we will hold the merchandise for 30 days.  After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.

Online Credit:

​

    • NO CREDIT CARD OR CASH REFUNDS.

    • Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of the day            your package is shipped.

    • An online code will be emailed to the email address provided on the return form.

     No Canceling Orders:

• If you place an order and decide you would like to cancel the order, we will only issue a store credit.
